That is very eye catching...great job!

I think if it had been larger it would have been kind of too heavy to do on the domestic machine. My wrists were on fire by the time it was quilted. I do have a quilting table set up (little Grace II ) I use the bernina on. But, I think it might have given me trouble there too. |
Nicely done.

great job--I've been coveting that pattern in the Keepsake Quilting catalog and both DIL & DD want it too-think that is why I haven't ordered it yet, I don't want them fussing at me!

Thank you all so very much. It was fun and challenging all at the same time. Happy holidays everyone.

Gorgeous quilt from a pattern I love. Have a nice cuppa and a good read when you can "borrow" it from hubby.

This one is pretty heavy now that it is finished with flannel both front an back. It will go well in the family room, but the lighting was better here this afternoon. I hope you can imagine it on a grey couch. I have enough left over to make a matching pillow. I guess that is the next project to do.
Here is a little picture of it. The pattern is called, "Over and Down Under". Made with a jelly roll and yardage called Woolies. |
Very pretty and will be lovely a cozy this coming winter.
|
Why, thank you girls! I was quite surprised to see it back on the front page this afternoon. LOL! Have a wonderful summer.
