Love, love, love it! Was it hard working with flannel both front and back?

Well, I will tell you, a little bit. The flannel wanted to grab and stay on the backside, so you had to watch that it didn't wrinkle to cause a fold or bad bump. I had to do a lot of stopping to smooth it out and re-pin to keep it straight on the back side. But other than that not bad really.

I think if it had been larger it would have been kind of too heavy to do on the domestic machine. My wrists were on fire by the time it was quilted. I do have a quilting table set up (little Grace II ) I use the bernina on. But, I think it might have given me trouble there too.

. I've been also coveting this quilt since I saw it in the Keepsake Quilting catalog, but since I now spend the winter months in Florida, I don't really have a good excuse to make one. Almost makes me want to stay home in Michigan!

I am so sorry to have taken this long to respond, Mariah. I have had a terrible flu that has held on for what feels like months. I honestly wondered if I would make it through three times.

No it isn't hard, but you must be very organized to get the design with each color to ribbon through going both ways.
