It looks great. Wish I could do feathers like that!

Your feathers look great - and remember, PPP! (practice practice practice)

Looks like you did a wonderful job to me I'm still trying to do it

Thank you all. I didn't know the picture got uploaded. I really had a hard time figuring out how to upload a photo and I didn't realize that the image wouldn't be downsized like the use to be. I'll read some more help items and see if I can post some more quilts I made recently.

love your medallions! For the feathers, as they say about Carnegie Hall - Practice, practice, practice. But you can do it on paper, too. I get the big scratch pads at the dollar store. There are also a few good Utube tutes that are worth checking out - Just google 'feather quilting' or something like that. Most importantly, have fun!

Thank you, the kaleidescope pinwheels were left over from a full size quilt I had made. Oh, I have been watching those videos on quilting.

Well, I think you did a great job. I have the Janome 1600p also, but haven't tried it yet. No frame.

It's a good machine. It works with the New Joy Gold frame just fine and there is a stitch regulator for that combination.
