Jo I with you. There are some very talented ladies on here, But like you said we all start somewhere. and I think you have started just fine. Are they actually pictures of your pets?

Good for you. It is such a cute quilt. I am so glad that you have decided to join the other quilters. There are so many seasoned quilters here who will help you with what ever you need help with. I am very new, and so many have already been helpful and kind to me.

Nothing wrong with that...you've done a great job :)

You are off to a great start so don't stop. It takes lots of practice and all the while, you will always be learning.
If you could have seen the first quilt I ever made, you would have no doubt you are a quilter. I think it is brave of you to post something that is your first, and you did a lovely job. Just keep on keeping on, and thanks for sharing with us.

You have a cute quilt inspector, and that helps, too!! |
Wonderful start!
We all started somewhere, so don't beat yourself up. Even the 'better' quilters will kick themselves when the screw up. Enjoy the process of learning and improving, it all will come. Most of us had training wheels on our bikes, we didn't start out with riding hands free the first time. But eventually we got there. |
I think you did a great job. I love the dog pics!
That is really really cute! Nice job!
No, it's just the print of the fabric...
you did a great job. :) It's all about the practice. Just have fun - that's the most important part.
This is great! Very cute!
Good start.
Very cute!! Love the doggy theme :D:D:D
You did a wonderful job and mine arent perfect, but I love them all.
It's so cute!
Keep making them... save this one in a special drawer. In three years pull it out and make another one similar. Do this every few years, you'll be amazed at the improvement.
