Quilting Divas
3 Attachment(s)
Here are the three quilts I said I would post. My 2 niece's and I went to the quilt show last year and each bought the same panel. We all made a quilt and would not let the others see it or let them know what we were doing. Once finished we got together to see how they all came out. Here they are.

Wow all three so different and just love the quilt divas.
|
They are all lovely! How fun to get the same panel and see everyone's own creativity and how they quilt it. I did the same with my mother in law this past Christmas with a Christmas panel I bought for her and me. I told her I had a challenge for her to create her own design using the panel as well as coordinating fat quarters and told her there was only one rule and that was she had to incorporate all the fabric in her wall hanging but she can add fabric if she wanted. It was a lot of fun and we created something entirely different using the same panel and fat quarters. Although it was funny that we both used prairie points in our wall hangings, a first for both of us!

It is so neat to see the three versions. Each one is very cute. Nice work on all.
|
