OMG your quilting is awesome. I know my eyes trick me sometimes, but if you are hand quilting this, you are doing an amazing job, such tiny, uniform stitches.

tildiemae 06-16-2015 10:01 AM

Wow! Your quilting is fantastic. How do you get your circles so perfect?!

coopah 06-16-2015 11:52 AM

Wowee! However you did that...takes a lot of talent and patience! It's beautiful!

Great way to fill those big open spaces. I can't wait to see the whole quilt because I bet this will form a very interesting secondary pattern! Your circles look great. Are you free handing them or using a template of some kind?

I am usung templetes and straight rulers.

Thamks! Sometimes those secondary design turn out to be a pleaseant surprise!

Thanks for the reply. If I would have looked closer I would have seen that below your signature! Anyway, your quilting is beautiful. It looks to me like learning to master ruler work and templates cannot be easy! Anxious to see your finished quilt. Susan

Marge D I have hand quilted many quilts but this is done on my non-computurized long arm.

It is not a specific pattern but it is a block. I wanted to try out a templete I had from Missouri Quilts called "Wacky Web". If you go to thier site they have a video on it too. And yes I pieced it all by machine.

SingerSewer 06-17-2015 03:58 AM

Your quilting is amazing. What brand of machine are you using?

The best longarm machine is nothing without a steady hand on the controls to execute the design. You made a beautiful design and your quilting work is pristine! Wow!
