This is not a show quilt, but it was made for this KY state trooper, with badges from all the states. He was selling raffle tickets for a car, and was kind enough to pose in front of his quilt for my photo.

Wow, just wow. I made it to Houston for the first time last year, and hope to get to Paducah next year. Thanks for the beautiful display.

Oh my goodness.. I am speechless.. One amazing piece of art after another.. Thank you so much for sharing all of your pictures. Now, I must resume scrolling up, down, up, down, up, down, etc... I am in awe..

Clearly, I must go to Paducah in 2019.

Like so many others who spoke above, thank you for sharing your pictures. The quilts are just marvelous and I am in awe of the artistry of others. I cannot imagine doing things like I see in the pictures but I can certainly admire the artistry of others. Some artists use pencils, others use ink and paint and some use fabric to create works of art!

Thanks for sharing. My friend and I have gone in years past but now we don't care to do all that walking. We had a mini retreat and worked on our own creations during quilt week. Many times when I go to a quilt show I would think, about halfway through, "I should be home in front of my sewing machine". I believe we will do that again. Quilting bees are fun.

Wow, I am in shock. So many gorgeous works of art and so many who did not receive ribbons…The competition is HUGE!
