Raffle quilt

3 Attachment(s)
Just finished sewing on the binding tonight. It is a donation quilt for our local Library to raffle off. Not sure of wording to choose for the label, any suggestions?? The pattern was free online (sorry I don't remember the website) It is called "Fourth of July" but I chose greens, browns and beige for the pattern. I had lots of green and brown scraps and was happy to use them. I have enough scraps to make two more quilts;)
The quilt backing is a flannel print. Thanks so much for looking!

I'm not much of a green lover but this quilt is so pretty!
How about "Green Grass of Home?" Well, except for alla those brown spots... you got a dog?

It is a beautiful quilt. You did a great job on it. As for a name, why not call it exactly what it is--"The Prize".

QUILTNMO 08-26-2014 07:48 AM

that is so nice like your colors great job!!!!

MFord 08-26-2014 07:51 AM

I've seen this one, or something very similar, done off-centered (recently, but where??!!). Anyway, I love the greens and browns and you did a great job with the quilting. You are going to make someone a very happy raffle winner!
