Made this almost entirely from my stash. Not the best work but I'm happy with it.
This was before it was quilted and bound but it is finished now.

Well I think it turned out great. I love the house/village quilts and the way you added the birds and branches and snowflakes added that little bit of extra to make it a fun quilt. Great job!

I love your houses in the winter theme. With the blues, it looks like a town in twilight in the winter. You've added evocative accents to the quilt, like the snowflakes and the bare branches with the birds, to complete the tableau. I can't wait to see the quilted finish.:cool:

One can always identify her style. I think her name is Edita Sitar. She sells those stars and small pieces on her web site. They are fusible.

This is just delightful! You should be very happy with it. How did you make those delicate snowflakes? What a terrific variety of fabrics.

Yes it is her pattern which can be purchased. It has the templates for the branches, birds and snow flakes in it (which I used to make my own) or you can also purchase the appliques from her.
