The Stars I made for my "hopefully soon daughter-in-law" Amanda for Christmas. The pattern is Lucky Stars by Atkinson Designs.
The triangles/strips quilt is made for my daughter in law Katie for Christmas. The pattern was in the Sept. 2008 issue of "The Quilter" magazine and was titled Asian Garden. I didn't see what I wanted in Asian fabrics, so I used her favorite colors. |

I forgot to add that the one with the triangles/strips was very easy! The strips are pieced, then cut into triangles. I actually had to cut it all down 1/2" smaller because my seams were too big. But it actually worked out well because I trimmed them all up nice to the same size. That allowed them to go together almost perfectly!
