The Stars I made for my "hopefully soon daughter-in-law" Amanda for Christmas. The pattern is Lucky Stars by Atkinson Designs.

The triangles/strips quilt is made for my daughter in law Katie for Christmas. The pattern was in the Sept. 2008 issue of "The Quilter" magazine and was titled Asian Garden. I didn't see what I wanted in Asian fabrics, so I used her favorite colors.

What beautiful, bright quilts! What's that expression ' it's not gaining a daughter, it's losing a quilt' no I mean 'it's gaining a Mother in Law AND a fantastic quilt'! :D
