The first one is called Sarong Quilt, which is half of a log cabin pattern. The second one is a panel I purchased and then used EQ7 to make the blocks for sides, top and corner blocks.

Both are very nice; I especially like the woodsy one since we live in wooded area in NW Montana & our living room furniture has deer, elk, moose, ducks in a pond, etc on it - would match perfectly. :+)

They are both nice, but I love the Sarong quilt!! Did you make up the pattern yourself? The colors are luscious!

I really like the three dimensional effect of the Sarong Quilt and the colors and beautiful. You also did a great job on the panel.

Both are nice, I would have a hard time choosing. I love the colors in the first one though.

No I did not make up the pattern. I purchased it from a neighboring quilt shop and the owner helped me pick out the fabric.

Cool! I just saw a pattern like #1 in an old paperback book about Log Cabin quilts. I like the effect!
