Retirement Quilt

I finally finished this quilt...it took about 3 months, off and on sewing. I was ready for it to be done. I used the ten minute blocks pattern, and it finished after washing twice, about 92 inches by 100 inches.

They ended up being about nine inch blocks. I am not that precise. It took four 7 inch and 1 ten inch squares. I ended up trimming to make them fit each other as much as I could.

Thank you...I liked the way it turned out. I tend to do much scrappier looking quilts these days.

Very pretty. I've always wanted to try one of those quilts.

I did this quilt as a QAYG. It worked well for me and was easier than trying to quilt a large quilt on my DM. The pattern is Hidden Wells. Made for my oldest great granddaughter.
