I posted pics of te quilt three or 4 days ago called it peace and pin wheeels ... heres what i was talked into ,to doing instead :0)

Both are great. The peace symbols do stand out better in the second one.....but I prefer the busyness of the first. Sort of reminds me of that pschedelic era, LOL.

I like this much better. After all it's the peace signs that are the "thing" not the pinwheels in this quilt. You could border it with the pinwheels if you really really want them! Or make that second quilt....because it is half done already!

both of them are unique that's for sure--simple, yet creative!
pinwheels are an old favorite, but that 2nd one looks like a trip around the world & w/o the pink, it would be quite masculine--IMHO

As much as I love pinwheels...I like the revision more! Nice job!

I like them both! The first one with the pinwheels is a bit busier.

I makde them 61/4 inch.

Jan I liked it in the beginning but felt it looked alittle too busy and took away from the peace signs so I had to ask everyone advise.

I liked both quilts, especially if you had to unsew the first to make the second. I hope you saved the pinwheel blocks to make another quilt.
