Ric-Rack quilt?
 

I call this my ric-rac quilt, I copied it from a picture of one I saw on this board. I don't know who made the one I copied, it was in red, white & blue. I think I've had about enough half square triangles for a while.:p

How CUTE is this!!! I love it. So crisp and clean looking - and it does look like ric rac. What Fun! Where can I find the pattern for this? Is it suitable for a beginner?

Love the Ric Rack. And I'm addicted to the HST. Seems that the easy thing about your quilt is that all of the scraps are paired with white. Well, here's another one for the old bucket. Great quilt, Mary.:thumbup:

What size did you cut your HST please, did you use the method that makes 8 HST at a time?

I made the half square triangles with 5" charm squares. I just laid a white over a print square and drew a line from corner to corner, then sewed a quarter inch on each side of the line. Lastly I cut along the line I drew. This involved lots of careful pressing!

Its a beautiful scrappy! I can see why you have triangle fatigue .

Looks great. I know what you mean about getting done with a certain design. I have to take a break from a repetitive design even in the middle of the project. I don't have the attention span I need to do it all from start to finish without a break, I guess.

I like it. But, I have been working on one that is made of half square triangles, so I can understand where you are coming from. I hope mine turns out as pretty as yours is.
