I had to rip out a king size quilt, the bulge was between each row. Took about a year. It taught me a lesson to look under the quilt every so often.

Well, now...you know when we ask somebody else a question like this, we already know what we need to do, huh. So, it's already bothering you, so IMHO, rip it out. You'll be much happier in the end for doing so. Thanks for trusting our opinions and thanks for sharing your humanity!

You'll have to ripit out all the way to the pucker all across it or it will pucker again.

This is gonna be complicated! I would leave it there , take it off the frame when donequilting then...

Iron the pucker so it creates a pleat on one of the edges of the pucker and cover it with a bias binding vine and leaves and flowers . Just like the front of the quilt! How special woult that be? !

don't rip it out it doesn't have to be perfect after it's quilted no one will notice, it's beautiful as it is
