Rose Log Cabin
3 Attachment(s)
This pattern is Rose Log Cabin by Deloa Jones. I had gotten the pattern to make for our guilds 2015 Raffle quilt, but another lady wanted to do a Civil War quilt to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the end of the war. Since the kit was donated, the group went with that one. I liked this one so much that I made it, but I enlarged it to a King size. I'm putting it in our guilds show in October. P.S., it was all done from my scrap bins! I purchased nothing additional to make it.

That is a really pretty quilt :) and well done managing it from the scrap bins too !
I like the way the quilting enhances but doesn't dominate the quilt. Mary |

Your quilt is beautiful, I love the way the rose is formed from the block. And wow!--everything was from your stash. I'm impressed, I usually have to buy something to finish. :)

I am working on this pattern right now. Just about ready to put on the final border. Hope mine will look as good as yours.

I took a class from her several years ago on this quilt. I found it quite difficult at the time. Maybe I would do better now with a couple more years under my quilting belt. Yours is just breath taking.
