Okay...sorry it is so late. I finally had to kick my DH off of the laptop to be able to post the pic of Bettlove's quilt.

Here it is....I truly hope you like it. I really enjoyed appliqueing the stars and USA. I always dread doing applique but, once I get going on it....I LOVE IT! Enjoy your quilt! It will go out tomorrow and you should have it by Friday.

My camera wasn't cooperating or else I would have posted a pic of your beautiful quilt. Usually I go outside to do photos but it rained several days and that wasn't an option. I could not get the light just right--it came out too bright and your beautiful center was too washed out. I enjoyed working on it--the only one I got to do applique on and hope you are more successful with the picture taking than I was!

What has happened to the "heart" quilt? I think it is imaquilter's. It was the one I put the first border on and somehow, I feel a link to it. I would really like to see how it came out.

I was wondering where it might be myself. I haven't seen it in a few months.

I can't wait to see it.

Just sent the heart center back to Imaquilter a few days ago. She should receive it today or tomorrow. It's a beauty too!

If the weather and camera cooperate, I will try to snap a few pics of mine after work tomorrow--Its my early day and will probably too dark tonight. I have to hang it over the railing of the deck in order to ge the whole thing in the shot.

I have Barbs center. I'm running late as usual. It'll be out the first of the month. I'm sewing like crazy trying to get craft fair stuff done.

I received my quilt top today. All I can say is WOW!!!! All the pics I seen of it can not even do it justice. I wish you all could see it close up, it is beautiful.

I received my quilt today. Thanks again to all of you! I have enjoyed this event and have learned a lot, which was my motivation at the start.

I received my heart quilt today. Thank you all SOOOO much!!!

I hope to work on Dawn's quilt soon. Things have been very hectic and I think I am kind of caught up on have to do's. I am going to use some blocks I got from another group for the finial border. It will be friendship and 9 patch blocks. Thought it would blend in with the rest of her colorful quilt. Want to get it done before I go back up to Oregon and finish up the things for my mother's estate. I had a call that the death certificates were being mailed to me so now I can deal with bankings, etc.

I recieved one of my centers back! I just love it .. Thanks all that worked on it and I think you finished it off perfectly beetlove!

I finally finished Dawn's top. Will try and get it in the mail tomorrow. I left my camera up in Oregon so I can't take pictures but I hope she likes it. I plan on going back up to finish clearing out my mother's apartment in a couple weeks.

Ok, I've stopped working on cleaning my room so I can get Barbsbus's center done and out to her.
Barb, I'm also making a label for it too. :)

Dawn's top is on its way. I sent it prority mail today. It made a big hit at my quild meeting show and tell. Lots and lots of really neat fabrics to look at. I think you will love it.

Hello everybody. I'm still here, though you wouldn't know it.

Terri, I am much chagrinned to tell you that i've made a huge miscalculation with the border on your quilt. It is so overdue now that it's not fair to you.

Because it is so late, I put on two different borders, but haven't been able to take a picture yet.

I'll snap a picture and post it and send it out right away, or, if you can give me more time, I will continue to put the pieced borders on it that I showed you before. But, it really isn't fair to you to keep dragging this out too long.

I'm sorry I haven't been on the board. I'm trying to keep up with everything and work, but it is becoming increasingly evident that I cannot deliver.

That's not fair to you folks, so I just humbly apologize.

I will check back here on Thursday with the picture to post and find out what you'd like to do. I'd really like to put the nice pieced border on it. I've worked on it for several weeks, but just can't deliver timely. That's really my fault because I just don't have the time to sew with my job.

I'm trying to get Barbsbus's center done and I am extremely late that I too, apologize profusely.
Barb...there will be something extra special in the package for you when I send out the top, which should be next week. I have 1/2 of it done. I'll finish the other 1/2 the rest of this week. My sewing room is in such shambles at the moment, it's a wonder I can even find my way in there to sew! I'll be back to sewing it once I get back from the luncheon I have tomorrow, so then I can get it finished and it will be in the mail with the rest of my mailings on Monday.

I have a Kenmore Ergo3. It's a sewing/embroidery. I love it!!

Terri, I have heard a lot of good reports about those Kenmore machines from reading posts on the board seems quite a few of the ladies have them. I am impressed with the work you have done on it.

Yes I can imagine, you think you have those borders sussed and the wham something happens, did it with Jstitches, just wait till you get that one, I have never seen stitches that small by hand EVER. Showed the ladies at our group and they were well like WOW.

I have to get aprons done, then I can concentrate on your center. I have a border picked out, but now I'm not sure if I am going to use it or not. I'm pretty sure I will....I have the fabric too,,,just have to hunt it down in my room. lol

Go for it Terri, I am sitting here freezing cold this morning. Its been raining and really horrible for the last 2 days and this morning we have snow on the mountains. Brrrr. The house is cold because there is no central heating and also the way they build here all concrete so its cool in summer but boy are the houses cold in the winter. The sun is shining outside though, its probably warmer outside than in. LOL
