WOW! GOOD FOR YOU!! I need to find a GW close to me - that kind of find makes it worth the time to go and look!!!!
As they said - use baking soda, then use a cup of white vinegar in the rinse to set those colors. Hanging them outside on a clothesline(not many people have them anymore) will help the smell go away - leave them on the line overnight (1 night) will help - there is magic in that overnight/early morning dew on them. Worked wonders for a handmade quilt top I needed to take care of!! Good luck! |

one word - OXYCLEAN!!! It's amazing stuff - let the fabrics soak for a bit then wash as usual.
