I finally was able to grab some time this morning and get this scrap buster top finished. I received a box of scraps from burnsk, they were awesome bright colors. :) She also sent the happy face fabric, I threw in some scraps I had and here is what came together.

Wow Shadow! I truly love this one! I would never know how to make polka dots look good, you are the master at putting fabrics together!!! What i love about this one the most, is the black in the centre, and the black frame, gives it a 3D look, like you're looking through a tunnel, or through windows. Very good! :)
