98 x 105 all done on my Brother 1500S

I thought I resized this picture, but it still seems large. I'd better get back to reading the picture posting instructions because it apparently isn't sinking into my brain!

greensleeves 08-12-2012 09:08 AM

Your quilt is beautiful and as others have said-the blue is wonderful. Would you mind sharing where you purchased the blue and the name of the color if possible. It is perfect for repro quilts.

kensington 08-12-2012 09:18 AM

Great job. I usually resize my pictures in paint before posting them online. But, I think this size is good for quilts. You can see the quilting and that's nice. I love the Isrish Chain.

Nicely done. When resizing the photos use the web page size. It will be something under 100kb. But I liked the size of the photo. I could see the quilting. Luann

Thank you so much for all of the compliments. I really like how the quilt turned out, too. Reproduction fabrics are my favorite. The blue is Moda. It's called 1930's blue! I bought mine at the local quilt shop, but Hancock's of Paducah has it online, too.

greensleeves 08-12-2012 03:04 PM

Thanks for the info about the blue, and you deserve all the compliments you received.
