This quilt was made with Bonnie Hunter's Scrappy Bargello instructions, found on her Quiltville website. I had a bundle of "Portugal" fat quarters and a few extra fats that blended. I was so happy with how it came out! I like this pattern because piecing it is practically mindless...I put a book on Cd on and in a couple of days, there's a finished top! I quilted it on my longarm with a feminine design called Cafe du Monde.

Your quilt is beautiful - I love Bonnie's website. I did her Crayon Box pattern with my scraps and it turned out quite nice. I gave it to my stepdaughter for her birthday and she loved it.

Like it but why is it called a scrappy? It is so tastefully designed. Your fabrics all blend and are soooooo beautiful. The quilting is excellent. This is a beautiful quilt. I appreciate the close ups. I love them.

Hi BJ, The quilting design is Cafe Du Monde and the designer is Patricia Ritter. She has lots of gorgeous quilting designs in pantos and design boards. She has a website called Urban Elementz.
