Scrappy Quilt
 

This was made with 4-patches and HST leftover from another project. It's a lap size quilt.

I love the blue contrasting with the copper colored border (or light brown? it appears the color of a penny on my monitor). Very nice design and the inner blocks make great secondary patterns with the sashing.

Yes, it is copper colored. This was my second choice for the border. The first had a date with Mr. Ripper.

What a pretty scrappy. I would not normally use sashing with this pattern but it really works perfectly in your very pretty quilt. Great colors.

That's so cute. I love your color combination also. I, too, have a quilt that needs a date with Mr. seam ripper as my first choice for border wasn't so great. Went with a manly looking homespun that was just to loose a weave, and even with starching ending up stretching and looking too wavy. Sigh!

Great scrappy! I really like that pattern and I like the color balance between the copper and slightly grayed blue. So nice to have such a beautiful quilt rise out of the scrap heap.

I love this pattern, I made a baby quilt and kept the quilt on my design wall for months. My blocks are just a solid color with white. Your quilt is just beautiful, I love how you combined all these fabrics.
