I love them both, and the scrappy borders are perfect with this pattern.

They are both wonderful scrappies! My favorite kind of quilt, yours are top notch!

Both are beautiful, but I gravitate to RED ... love red ... thanks for sharing the pix and the pattern

I just wanted to say thank you for posting this. I completed one as a memory quilt in blue. My scraps were actually my parents clothing. They passed away just 5 years apart at relatively early ages. My brother that received it as a gift cried when I gave it to him which was fine because I cried the entire time I worked on it.

Super quilts. Great way to use stash. BrendaK

Scrappy quilts are my favorite. I like them both. I like the blue a little better, but I like the quilting on the red. Either way, they are winners!

both are gorgeous scrappies.

What bursts of color! So pretty! I love Quilters Cache too ... awesome site!
|
Both are lovely. The blue especially speaks to me!
|
Both quilts are beautiful! You did a wonderful job making them. If I had to pick a favorite, I think it would be the blue one.
Thank you for sharing! |
Wow I love these quilts!!!!!!
|
It's funny...this is such an old post, but I will admit that I still have the red one--can't part with it. The blue one was given to my oldest son and his new bride at their wedding last year. This is the one they asked for.
