I thought about Gerald's Game as soon as I saw the picture!

Sarint 04-17-2013 01:40 PM

You gals are strange. Gerald's Game may be SK's scariest story ever. All the way thru I could see it actually happening. Maybe even to me on my weakest day. "strange" was the kindest word I could come up with on short notice.

BTW----------what are you going to do with this quilt? You've got to display it somewhere. Maybe the quilting section of the library? Or a quilt shop?

homecaregiver 05-13-2013 07:28 AM

these blocks look like so much fun to make.

You must very a very talented and imagitave person, but I would like to see you direct those talents in a more pleasant direction. You have had your "5 minutes" of fame, hope it was all worth it.

csmez 05-14-2013 09:26 AM

Hysterical! This totally made my day!

On second thought ---------5 more decades!

Hmmm, have any of you "creative Sue" quilters thought about therapy? Have to admit I find your work fascinating, but no way would I have it in my house. Would be interesting to see it in a quilt show!

lue 05-15-2013 07:23 AM

Too much time on your hands!! Gave me the creeps! But I suppose that's the intent, huh.

Here is a quilt with a couple of the blocks from a local quild show a few years ago.

wolph33 05-15-2013 08:50 AM

Very different. And creepy good

sandpat 05-16-2013 04:04 AM

Love the quilt in the show! Now, thats a guild with a good sense of humor!

kayluvs2quilt 05-16-2013 09:45 AM

I love it...really creative. I would NOT want to join a quilt group where these would not be welcome! The inventiveness blows my mind away (what's left of it).

gramajo 01-10-2014 01:50 PM

Mad Quilter, I haven't seen the finished quilt on here. Have you posted it? I'd love to see it.

JudeWill 01-13-2014 06:44 AM

You could publish a book of New Sue patterns! Love how your mind works!

Katiedid2 01-13-2014 07:02 AM

Poor Sue .."May she rest in peace"

Czech Rose 01-13-2014 07:49 AM

Thanks for the good laugh today. Love the imagination. However, you might have a bit of trouble auctioning this quilt off, but I am sure Hell's Angels would love it immensely.

zozee 01-13-2014 09:11 PM

Poor Sue. May she rest in pieces.

QM 01-14-2014 03:51 AM

I may have to do a Slaying Sue quilt too. How inspiring!

sue.ross.8782 01-14-2014 04:31 AM

You and your circle are truly "Twisted Sisters". I look forward to seeing how you put them all together.

HouseDragon 12-01-2014 06:20 PM

Patiently waiting for the last four you promised us and the finished quilt. These are the most creative Sues I've seen.

Mahalo for your weird sense of humour!!!

Scakes 12-01-2014 07:39 PM

This will be quite an entertaining quilt! Thanks for sharing and hope to see more Sues in the future.
