Oh my gosh Oh my gosh Oh my gosh my angel sent me the coolest quilt book my camara batteries are dead so I'll have to post picture later. I'm sooooooooo thankful its the perfect book for me I have been wanting to make one of those quilts. I'm so excited. Thank you Ethel you are so in tune to me.

I don't entertain all that much, although I would like to do more.

I usually decorate for the fall holidays, but not Halloween.

HELLO hello and more hellos Everyone,

Lazarus has risen "again!" I got home on Wednesday and am SO happy to be with my viking again.

I am praying my "new" angellee received her box of goodies. She needs to be blessed since her old angel wasn't too "up and att'em"

I am feeling well now. The rest of the family is slowly recovering from our "brush with death" :| this past summer. The little children still have bad dreams and the accident is often the topic of conversation at the dinner table. The 3 yr old is obsessed with asking if the car will flip again. The 7 year old white knuckles any time we spend on a highway and prefers back roads.

My daughter is doing better although her right hand (dominant) will never be right after the crush injury and the surgery to replace knuckles.

We are all glad to be alive and this will be one of the most special Christmas/New Year holidays in our lives, to date. I fly back to the states on Nov 21st with 2 quilting girl friends who have never been to America. We will spend Thanksgiving with the family and they will shop till they drop, even taking a weekend in New York City.

And so... I thank you all for your prayers and thoughts and wonderful messages.

I have to go to a Memorial tomorrow for a close family friend that passed away on the 3rd unexpectedly. It will be a rough day tomorrow, but I get to come home to my owls ;)

I returned home to find a special envelope with that distinctive writing on the envelope - didn't get it til last night because my husband "organized" (he has ADHD) my mail for me...

Received a package from what I can only assume was my SQA on Saturday. It was full of breath-taking batiks, a calendar of beautiful quilts, and ever so useful needles. Thank you! I appreciate it - I will get pictures up as soon as I get my camera back from my daughter :)

I got a new SQA and a package in the mail full of goodies. I love the fabrics they are very pretty. There is another package that came with my box but I am not allowed to open it until Nov 1. It's going to be soo hard not to open it. I will try my best, but I am not making any promises lol.

Dear Miss LadyBug, I have been out of town for a few days, and came home to a great surprise! A lovely card, as usual, and a beautiful square, that I fell in love with. Thank you soooo much, what a wonderful memory quilt I will have. I have no idea who u r, and I can't believe the year is almost over. Can't wait to know . You have out done yourself, and as I have had said before, I do have the best SQA ever!!!

The penquin fabric is absolutely darling. I might use some of it in a Bow Tuck Bag, that I am making for a Christmas gift. Her color's are black & white & I think the penguins will be a perfect match!! The Christmas panel is so pretty & I want to make it up for myself!!
