Yes it is my work. It is just a simple little poem I wrote to express the love that I put into my quilts.

Oh I am so, so thrilled! I just got a package with not 1 but 2 Geishas' with cranes....a half yard of another Asian print, an Asian Fabrics magazine with the most beautiful quilt patterns and 10 charms also Asian prints! I love them all....I could cry....good things do come to those that wait!

Thank you, thank you, thank you SQA!!!! I promise pictures tomorrow....I just got these this afternoon and I want the light to be good when I show them to you all!

It was a pink, pink, pink world for me today......and what better color for spring.
My package contained.....

A PINK dish towel ..... much too pretty to use, it will hang where all can see it
2 FQs ... one PINK and the other with PINK flowers
A PINK note pad with 3 pens, PINK flowers & stripes on the pens
A little PINK cheeked angel who will sit in my sewing room and whenever I look
at her, I will think of you, Angel
and last but not least, chocolates.....in a PINK boxneedless to say...

I received today another envelope from my SQA!
She sends also a card that she picks very appropriatedely, the message as well. No, I did not make a quilt for my daughters BD... ;-) , I´m still working on a huge Christmas wallhanging she wants.

I got a most wanted stack-n-wack fan ruler - have Betany Reynolds book had no ruler.. yet, a batik FQ that i dont feel like fussy cutting ;-) and dark chocolate .

I included in the pic below the last bar of my favorite chocolate that I´m saving because I cant find it in my country.... LOL

well just got home and got caught up i want to thank my Angel Baby for the package i got to open today-post pics later-a birthday card for both dh and me and a notefor easter ans 2 rolls of fat quarters a single fat quarter and paper for paper piecing along with a book--Make mine to go- really looks interesting and cant wait to try something from it

A chocolate bunny, a bag of sour jelly beans, the chicken has candy in it, the baby chick and carrot eggs had fabric stuffed in them :D:D:D There are ergonomic handles that I can use on different items, an awesome quilting book, hand creme and a bunch of beautiful fabrics and a lovely card!!! Thank you for this wonderful gift!!! :D:D:D

Oh my! I want to thank my secret angel..My gift couldn't have come at a better time...I have been down in the dumps lately..The move has been rough! My mom was in hospital(she is ok now) one thing after another..I walked to the mail box and there it was! thank you so much...You are so sweet!
I have never had a kit before! Can't wait to get started on it! Thank you so so much! I am trying to post pictures but not having any luck! Just not good at that..will try later! I want everyone to see what I got!!!

Thank you to my secret quilt angel from the north. My package came and I love the fabric it really made me smile!! I showed it to DD and we can't decide what to make with it. I'd love to know what you thought when you picked it out. The quilt book made me laugh, I remember those fabric prints, I think I even wore some of them :)

I also received a really cool package from my SQA. She knows I needed that pick me up. I have been so distracted lately with trying to "pick up the pieces" after my son's car accident.

This morning I looked at my goodies and realized, I am a delinquent- I have not properly thanked my SQA here. So SQA- THANK YOU!

I got the neatest pair of socks, lots of candy, pretty kitchen towels for spring- told hubby and son not to use them!

Oh my SQA struck again! :) :) I got my Easter package the other day, but haven't had the chance to post a pic. And yesterday she sent my oldest boy James a birthday card and gift card for his favorite place (McDonalds!) :) Oh, thank you so very much!!!! When he got the card his eyes lit up, he was so excited. :) Though I had to explain to him that I don't know who you are yet, but that mommy has a very sweet friend that is thinking about us! :) And also....I love the fabric you picked out for me to try my very first watercolor project! :) :) :) Ok, this got rather long....but I am so lucky to have you as my sqa! I can not wait to find out who you are and thank you personally! :)

Dianemc really nice fabrics and pattern. Never thought to send that kind of gift. We have some smart and tricky angels on here.

I finially got to open my Easter present from my wonderful SQA. Thank you so much. I will put this special momento near my sewing machine. Such a wonderful thought. I have been recovering from a very strange happening on Friday night. About 9:30 pm I started to feel really cold and the room tempertature in our home was 73 degrees (I keep the heat up for DH) and all of a sudden my whole body started shaking uncontrolably and I mentioned it to DH. He freaked and wanted me to immediately take my blood pressure. Our blood pressure device kept saying Error. Then he wanted to call 911 but I talked him into calling our oldest daughter, Pam, who loves to feel important, especially taking people to the hospital. She was at our place about 20 minutes later and whisked us off to the hospital, just 10 minutes from our house. It wasn't a good idea to call Pam because we were told to wait in the waiting room for 4 hours because the ambulance patients were higher priority and there had been a bad auto accident and three ambulances had just pulled in. Anyway when I finially got to see a doctor we found out that I had bacteria in my blood and had Sepia so they gave me mega amounts of antibiotics and sent me home about 5 am. I have been laying around, without much energy and a very acking body, especially my legs. I guess the shaking messed with my muscels and also my vericrose veins in my legs, they were about twice their normal size. The good news is I am now on the mend and plan to get some more of the blocks finished for the block swap and other swaps that I am in. I am able to play on my computer now so wanted to be sure to let my SQA how grateful I am for her thoughtful present for Easter.

Wow////got a great box from my angel on Saturday....had some great fabrics in it, some candy peeps, chocolate bunny, darling litle bobble head bunny to hang on planter, pretty card (woops....she almost signed her real name....darn could not make out what it was, cause she covered it up real good). You are a great angel....thanks thanks thanks. Still going to try to get one of my daughters to teach me to download pics in to computer if they ever stand still long enough. Too busy working, being great moms, etc to take time out to teach an old lady. (ha ha)

Have loved seeing everything all of you have gotten from your SQA for Easter.

Yep. It is Sepsis, my fingers hit the wrong keys and my brain was not engaged. LOL. Anyway I am going for a follow up with my GP tomorrow. I still fell pretty washed out and taking advantage of my condition to get out of doing some unneeded chores. It is a good thing DH can not see what hasn't gotten done. Now I have my fingers crossed that we do not have any of his AA buddies coming over to report what has and hasn't been done if he asks them, but he is pretty mellow and trying hard to make sure I am resting. I am able to get some knitting done of some charity sweaters for my churches Knit 4 Kids project.

OMG OMG! I got a package today from my SQA and u wouldn't believe me if I tried! I got the new James Patterson book (my favorite author!!!) titled "Worst Case", a lovely bookmark, an egg shaped notepad and top it all off, A STARBUCKS CARD!!! I got a great card as well and how did my SQA know that I just LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks hot chocolate and my favorite author???? THANK YOU THANK YOU MY SQA YOU ARE QUITE AN ANGEL!!!! Here's a pic! btw, I'm off to Starbucks right now! LOL!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
