Sewing/Quilting Room Re-do
2 Attachment(s)
I think this turned out sew cute. I bought large letters at Joanns and painted them to match the curtain I made for my sewing room. Painted them barn red with teal and gold polka dots. This picture window is 6ft on the side of the room and then I have a front window which is smaller. I am making the valance to match and then I'll put up the letters "KNIT" above that window. Still organizing the room then I will post more photos. We converted my living room which was an unused room. We gathered furniture from around the house and painted a table and desk white which sits in front of that large window. I have 2 machines in that area. I would like to have areas to keep most of my machines up so I could just move around the room to use them.

Have a Blessed day Ellen |
Thanks everyone for your lovely comments. It is a great room to work in. Wait until you see the rest of it. I have much to much to organize and it is all over the place. Dh made me 2 tables that are on commercial wheels, 6 and 8 ft. with butcher block tops that are cutting height. He also made a rolling ironing station that fits under one of the tables. I have 2 armoires that are full and 2 large bookcases that are also chock full of supplies. Once it's all organized, I'll take more photos. I bought the fabric at a local fabric shop that buys left over fabrics from different manufacturers. I bought what was left on the bolt. I have more to make a valance and possibly a couple of machine covers.

Great job!!!! I love it.
