Just thought I'd share some of my work. I obviously like Fall colors. I suppose it's because it is when I seriously think about sewing more than any other time of the year. My avatar is my second try at the woven guilting technique with new mistakes. The Spooky Pumpkin Patch is because I didn't want to waste my first effort. Nobody but me knows the mistakes anyway.

I've made seasonal table runners, but I've never done any seasonal wall hangings... HOWEVER, if everyone on this board keeps showing off such great seasonals... I just might have to begin making some.

ok the quilt police called and said u should box them up immediatly and send them to me so i can hide them away at my house lol really i love them i am also a fall person we actually like halloween more than christmas and love to decorate for it my kids and i dream of having a haunted house someday (for halloween not to live in)i love fall colors and smells this is also when i start getting crafty.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I actually have made the woven background twice (learning the first time around all my errors of my ways). (And made new mistakes the 2nd time around :-)). That's my Sunflower avatar. Not wanting to waste the first effort I made the Spooky Pumpkin Patch.

I constructed the design with the following patterns: Woven Quilts by Anna Faustino for the background, Pumpkin applique pattern from Caught Up In Stitches and the birds are a Stampabilities rubber stamp enlarged. Fabric tag made with rubber stamps.
