Block 4 of 9 in the Sharon Schamber / Cristy stash program.
It's called Pink Coneflower and I think it was actually the easiest one yet. Pictures with and without the embroidery. |

Wow, the block is beautiful plain but when you add the embroidery, it takes it to a whole new high. You have really made it stand out.

I have no idea what the finished quilt looks like. I've been trying to imagine what Sharon Schamber will design for it. Next month is Yellow Sunflower but they haven't posted a picture of it yet.
It is absolutely lovely

Wow! Does the embroidery make the flower come alive. Super. BrendaK

Just plain beautiful!!!!!!!!!1
Gorgeous! So talented.
Really like the embroidered coneflowers in the background. Adds depth and interest to the block. I would think after making that one you are at expert level with french knots!
Wow beautiful block such patience and talent.
Such beautiful blocks.
fantastic--love all the blocks you have shared
Drool, drool!!!!
Your blocks are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The embroidery really enhances the flower blocks. Your choice of fabrics has been so perfect for the flowers that are the subject of each block. I really look forward to your photos.
These are beautiful! I'm glad you're showing us the pics with and without embroidery--it's fun to see just how much the embroidery enhances the already pretty fabric flowers.

Oh wow! These are just gorgeous flowers. I can't quit looking.
That is stunning, love it.
Yes, I am approaching expert level in French Knots. The first block I did I left them out of around the leaves that were supposed to be there. I did them 3 times and tore them out 3 times. I didn't like how they looked, sloppy. May go back and see how they look now!
Thank you for the "with and without". The embroidery takes it from beautiful to amazing.
So very beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing.
