This is the one I finished tonight for my sil. I will be sewing with her on Friday and I will give it to her then. She already saw it before I put the binding on.

Thank you for all your comments. I am really happy with the way it turned out. This was a fairly easy quilt to make really. The only thing you have to be careful of is be sure to lay it all out and stand back and look at it before you start putting it together.
This pattern at one time was offered online as a mystery quilt through one of the shops, I don't remember which one but I bet if you google "kool katz" its still out there somewhere. I might do this pattern again sometime but it will have to wait for others in line now.

I went out to my sil's today and i gave her the quilt. She really liked it and was showing it to all her family and some friends that joined us for dinner. I am so glad I made this for her. She is the one that got me interested in quilting to start with and has been a real inspiration to me all these years.

Oh I LOVE this. I'm sucha sucker for cats. I have about two thousand cat patterns. Right now I'm working on a "Cat for all Seasons" applique that has been such fun to do.

I think the cat for all seasons is one my sil has also been working on, she did 2 of some applique cats I know. They are really cute. There is a kitty wallhanging (trying to remember if its fusible web applique) one I want to order (I think Keepsakes is where I saw it. The cat is looking out a window into the flower garden or something if I remember correctly I know I'd know if it I saw it again....Oh no I see a venture to the Keepsake site in the very near future, my fingers are itching and twitching...,no, no, no, Muriel remember you are on the NO Buy til you bust A Lot of stash and UFO's Oh Dear someone HELP I need an intervention QUICK...

This is really pretty! I like the paw print in the quilting!

My quilter did a great job on quilting this. I smile and giggle every time I look at it because, I had ordered the paw print but if you turn it upside down and look at it it looks like the Cheshire cat smiling at you. That is what I call a 2 for 1 deal...lol
