I so like this way of using odds and ends to make a scrappy quilt. I have done more than one using batik scraps. Quick, easy and will deplete the scrap bin. Attached is one that ended up as a wedding gift. Our individual blocks are different sizes but the concept is the same and with the straight line stiching it is quick finish. Yeah, for you!

Center: 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" Sides: 4 1/2" x 3" Top/Bottom: 9 1/2" x 3" I expect I will keep gobbling up my scraps making this simple quilt over and over for easy giveaway quilts. Hope this helps you and please do share what you come up with! |
