Hi Candace,
After it is quilted, if you still think it is way too loud, I have 2 suggestions: donate it somewhere - children's hospital, nursing home, local fire or police (they both carry blankets for kids to cuddle with here in CO - I'm assuming other places do the same thing) The second idea is a little more 'artsy'. Find some silhouettes that you like and applique them to the top. You'd end up with silhouette framed in the flower blocks. Should be gorgeous when done. casamanana (aka Vicky :D ) |

I thinks it's really pretty and I'm not a purple person.

Very nice and will be beautiful when quilted!

Aaaarg. I'm almost done quilting it and I ran out of thread. My LQS doesn't cary the weight of Mettlers that I'm using. So, now it will have to wait until I can get some more from another place further away. I hate it when that happens.

I am not a purple person either, but for some reason the quilt makes me feel very warm and summery> I think you will have a beautiful quilt when you are finished quilting it.

I think it is gorgeous, I don't have those colors in my house but, I still like it.

It doesn't hurt my eyes! Great job! Great fabric! You did a great job!
Kind Regards, MaryAnna |
