I love this quilt, you did such a good job making it.

truly gorgeous!

angelmama22 11-04-2015 08:42 AM

Absolutely stunning! Was it hard to keep on track while you were making this? I think it would be a great way to use scrap strips and end up with a great looking quilt. Is the pattern just called Simply Woven?

It's a really pretty quilt. When I googled the instructions, I was even more impressed with your work: so many cuts and seams and you came out with accurate blocks. Bravo!

This pattern was a free download from Moda Fabrics and it was called Simply Woven. The blocks were really quite easy to construct. Very important to have consistent 1/4" seam allowance though. I learned the hard way!

Very pretty and the piecing looks difficult. You did a nice job arranging the fabrics/colors. Can you tell us what the pattern is? Did you tell us somewhere in this thread? :)

Simply Woven ?? !! duh.

Love the colors in your quilt. It's very striking. Did you use a jelly roll, or yardage?

kaylfordsollimo 11-05-2015 11:42 AM

Geometric eye candy for all of us.

Thanks for all your compliments. I used batik strips from Hancocks Of Paducah.
