I was there! It was a lot of fun! Really hot and I wished I had worn different shoes. Love all your pictures I took a ton as well.

She IS for sale if ya know anybody looking for blue water boat. PM me.... Sorry! Didn't mean to hi-jack your lovely quilt pictures....

You didn't. I asked about the boat. I take lots of pictures of boats, but none of them belong to me. We are on a retirement budget and helping pay our kids house payment as he lost his job thats never coming back.

Hi again. I had to laugh when I read that you hope you stay healthy so you can go to Alaska. I never dreamed of all the health issues I encountered right before I left. I tried to take care of everything well before I left. I had shoulder surgery 2 months before, so I'd be in no pain. Then, I had oral surgery to find out what was causing my gums and cheek to swell up. After all that was taken care of, I trip and fall one week before we left and broke my knee cap. But, nothing kept me down. We left and I only had the brace on for one week of the tour. Just make sure you get all your prescriptions filled ahead of time. There are Fred Meyers in Fairbanks and Anchorage.

wow, who'd a thunk all that would happen. Lets hope it don't go that far. I am surprised of the Fred Meyers. Ha ha ha! We just have a small motorhome and a Honda SUV to tow. I think we will do fine. Thanks for the tips. I try to make sure my one prescription is filled. All I take so far is cholesterol statin. I feel lucky for that at 65. Now I wished you were going too. You seem like you'd be a nice friend to have.

Thanks for sharing! I didn't get to go because I was helping my sons, etc! Maybe next year! Hopefully those who did get to go will tell us all about it in The Dalles at Feathers house in Sept!

Thank you for sharing your pictures. It looks like it was a wonderful adventure. I have only been to Paducah but have always wanted to go to Oregon.
