I have just come back from visiting friends in the UK and was able to go to a small exhibition whilst I was there.

The group of quilters, numbering about 15, almost all come from a small village south of Norwich, Norfolk, and put up their exhibition in the central hall of a group of Alms Houses in the village.

They kindly allowed me to take pics, though I apologise that I wasn't able to get back far enough sometimes, to get the whole quilt in.

More info on Almshouses - I'm not sure how old these ones are, there wasn't a date on them that I could see, and I forgot to ask when I was inside looking at the quilts.

Thank you for sharing. Quilter's everywhere continue to amaze me with their vision and being able to turn it into reality!

Thank you so much for the pics. I love the fact that a small group of ladies from the same village put together this show for everyone to enjoy. Only wish I was there to see all their wonderful quilts in person.

thank you for posting! I would love to trade patterns with some of these ladies. Quilters are the most creative people.
