It is beautiful! Your work adds so much to it. You have a gift for knowing what designs to use.( I think I'll send you my spools quilt to do for me.)

I wanted to try it till I read 3500 pieces, now I'll just drool.

Charisma, Stop....you're killing me!!!! Each one is just better and better and better. I love it. And Teresa, the colors/piecing of the quilt is just beautiful. What a work of art! Hats off to both of you! Sarah

All I can say is wow, wow, wow!!!!

Just went back to drool over the pictures again. This is a great example of why I buy kits. I could never pick out fabrics that would go together the way these do unless it was all from one line. I have spent hours pulling out bolts only to walk out with a splitting headache and no fabric. I think this is one of the most stunning and beautiful quilts I have ever seen. Gives me goosebumps. Did she ever share what fabrics she used or if it was a particular line?

Blue's quilting mama 02-23-2011 01:22 PM

You have outdone yourself, once again, Charisma! Beautiful quilt and quilting.

bittersweet 02-23-2011 01:23 PM

This is one of my very favorite quilts. I just have one question do you ever have to use a seam ripper. Your quilting is in a class of its own. Beautiful!!!!!!!!! I don't think with fifty years of practice I would ever be able to do that good. What makes yours special is that you know what designs to use to make the quilt look great.

Claire 02-23-2011 01:30 PM

The quilt is a real eye opener. Soooo beautiful!. Done with such painstaking detail. A winner for sure.

sewgram1 02-23-2011 01:40 PM

It's a Judy Martin pattern, I know - not sure what book it's from. She does the most fantastic scrap quilt patterns!

roseOfsharon 02-23-2011 01:51 PM

What a beauty! The pieced pattern and the quilting is just marvelous!

Anne T 02-23-2011 02:13 PM

just beautiful

barnbum 02-23-2011 02:27 PM

I'm quilting eight small projects this week--they have to be done before I'll allow a new project to start. So, since I realize I have a hard time following a traced pattern on paper when doing free motion, I'm just in awe at how you long armers do it. Wow. Just amazing.

nanac 02-23-2011 02:29 PM

The book is by Judy Martin, I think it's caled "Scraps". I have that book, and the quilts are gorgeous. I love the way you have quilted it to flow with the design. You have an amazing talent to enhance the quilts so well. Absolutely beautiful!

glowworm 02-23-2011 02:31 PM

This is better than I could imagine - let alone create. It is toooo beautiful. Well done! Don't ever stop quilting.
