Honestly, I can't get enough of this quilt!

Teresa said it is called "Snake River Log Cabin" later on she will post the info as to where to get the pattern. ( it's in a book)

Teresa told me I couldn't quilt it to much for her...she LOVES heavy quilting! She also told me I could do what I wanted...as soon as I saw it I thought "feathers" ....I then asked her if she liked feathers..she wouldn't give me and answer..she kept saying.."do what you want"..LOL OK..Feathers it is!

I just wanted to follow the patterns in the design of the quilt...so that's what I did..I just chose different designs to add interest in each section..double feathers..single feathers, swirls, ribbons.....what a STUNNING quilt! The light and dark designs...usually I do a thread change between them on client quilts because I am just "enhancing" a quilt but in this case I thought it was suitable to use the same consistent sage green thread throughout the whole quilt...I just love the way it turned out..and so does the owner.

she has only seen SNEEK PEEKS that I posted in my PDA yesterday....so here we go!

I quilted this on my INNOVA....no pantographs or computer quilting.

    Thanks for looking!

My favorite colors. The quilt is gorgeous. I've never heard of this pattern. The quilting is "to die for". Lovely.

Charisma, you have outdone yourself!!! The way you have quilted this is PURE ARTISTIC GENIUS. The top is lovely, and you have clearly enhanced it. The dimension and dynamism is striking. You really should consider entering shows. I am officially a fan. If you were to teach, lecture, etc, you'd have quite a following, I'm sure. .
