Looking good!! Personally speaking I like the blanket stitch for applique, but get some scraps and do some same stitches and decide which one YOU and hubby like best. Can't wait to see the shark.

I looked at your jacket and added a post there. Love the back. The tropical fish will be really nice on a baby quilt, they are so whimsical in nature.

All I can say is wow. If I remember right, your husband also had his hands in this quilt. You are both artists. Thanks for sharing and please keep us posted on the progress.
