Snowball & Spiderweb quilted
 

I showed these as they were being made and now as they are closer to being completed. I can take them off the ufo list, down by two!:D

The snow ball has been in the ufo pile for years. I Used it to get some practice on the LAM and boy do I need practice!

The spiderweb will be gifted to a new HS graduate going off to college.

Exactly what I was thinking! I love them both but the setting in your spider web is fantastic!

They're both so pretty! Usually I would pick the spider web because I love scrap quilts, but that snowball really resonates with me.

Your quilts are very beautiful and the quilting very nicely done. Learning to long arm quilt is a different challenge for sure and I know there is a learning curve-but you are succeeding with the curve very well. And, it is nice to reduce the UFO stack. Great achievement in every way.

Isn't it wonderful to cross off a few off the list? These came out great. I have so many PIGS and UFOs that I need to get to, but life always gets in the way. At least now I really try and finish one when I start it, sometimes having to return to it immediately after another project take priority. Slowly I am getting back to them! Yours came out wonderful.

I promised myself that I would pick and finish a ufo before I start a new quilt. I won't start a new quilt anymore until I get a partial one completed. SO I am either alternating a UFO and new quilt or do a few UFOs and then a new quilt. I am finding great enjoyment in finishing my started projects, and there are a lot of them!:D
