I love the blanket stitch for the binding; it reminds me of baby blankets, so it's particularly fine on a baby quilt.
Really cute. Great idea on attaching your binding. I would never have thought to use the blanket stitch.
Love the fabric and your quilt!
how did you keep the dots in the binding straight? Love your baby quilt!!
That is beautiful... the black and white stripes really "make" the quilt!
So cute, cute, cute! Great job.
OMG that is one of the cutest baby quilts I have ever seen. Absolutely adorable for some lucky little baby.
So cute! The black and white check makes the blocks even more adorable. Any child will love looking at these "faces" and images, from the moment they can focus.
What fun! Before she's ready for an "I Spy" quilt, she'll be able to match the repeated animals you have used and start learning some colors!
Yes! I was surprised at how easy it is!! I've posted a tute in the Tutorial Section (of course)

I M impressed with the way you matched the dots in the binding. I probably would not have even thought to do this. It appears you used a mitered technique, but please tell us how you managed this. Fantastic, happy quilt.
