Some things I have been working on this week

I was in the mood to do some paper piecing this week so I have been digging in my scraps making these: the first two pics are a pineapple pattern. I have 4 or 5 more columns to go. The next is a paper pieced star pattern I started yesterday. These blocks work up super fast. Think I will made a table runner with these also. Next is a string quilt I am calling Heartstrings. I made the applique blocks months ago and finally put them together with some leftover string blocks. The last two items are a couple of table runners, one with leftover flower appliques that have been in the UFO pile, the other is a paper piecing pattern I created that I wanted to test out. Both runners are layered and ready to quilt, probably next week. Thank you for looking. Happy Quilting to All!

No pattern for this one really, just took a petal shape, put them in the circle and made center to fit. You could use any petal template you wanted.
