Oh my gosh. We have a red one that loves to be under the covers too. We always take picture of his silly positions he gets into. This is our third one. We love him.

I have been so inundated with mice this winter, I thought it was a mouse tail at first, then a pet rat LOL Glad it was a dog. I used to try to catch mice live and set them free but they have been so bad this winter that I catch them in a humane trap and then have my son take it outside and let them free. The barn cats love it they think it is a dinner deliverd to them. I love animals and hate to see them dead but the mice are very distructive when they are as bad as I have had them. I do not know why I have them this year & have not had them before and have lots of outside cats and one indoor cat who have been busy catching them.

Dogs are the best and they add so much to our lives. I can't sleep unless my dalmation/boxer, Oreo, is in bed with us.

That We had to have our dauxie put to sleep after 15 yrs. He looked just like yours. We miss him so much. Had to call my husband to see your baby sleeping in your bed.

Reminded me of our beloved lab mix that we lost a few years ago. It was a little crowded when he tried to join DH and I in our regular-sized bed.
I thought I had the solution--I bought a relatively large and comfy doggy bed that I placed right next to our bed. Went to bed before DH one evening and woke up to find the dog in the bed and DH sleeping on the dog bed. DH didn't want to disturb the dog. :roll: Miss our Taz even if it was it was a bit crowded some nights! |

I took my daughters 5 year old dashund when they lost their farm and had to rent. His name is Jessie. Red long hair. Gentle, loving, loud, sleepy, and he is now 9 and I bless each day that I still have him.
