I'm doing a version of that same rooster!!:D Hope mine turns out as nice as yours has! My quilting teacher and myself went in together and purchased the remains of a lady's estate fabric sale. In it was a horribly made quilt top(? I suppose) and the more I looked at it, it seems like it cried out for help to become something! I'd always said I wanted to make a chicken/rooster quilt for myself and this seemed the solution for this little old wonky whatever it is. Still a work in progress as life seems to be conspiring to keep me distracted from my project. But after seeing this handsome fella I can't wait to get back to work on my project to see what will evolve. Thanks for the great pic. Hoping after the holidays are over I can complete MY quilt! :thumbup:
