I made this older boys quilt from strip sets from Connecting thread and a neutral background. It was another commissioned work for a g/f.

After searching and searching for "Spare Change Quilt Pattern" and constantly coming up with "Loose Change", I came to that conclusion. I just bought and down-loaded the pattern from Craftsy. Apparently the pattern is only in digital form. I'd rather pay extra for the S&H because my printer drinks gallons of ink, even when I told it to be economical.

I am drawn to the strip or strippy quilts, and from design, to colors, to placement, this one looks perfect to me.

I've been working directly from my iPad for downloaded patterns. It's a little less convenient than printed patterns but saves the trouble and expense of printing.

Wow - nice pattern, and I like the way you worked it out. Have been thinking about a pattern for teen boys - and this one would work very well, I think. My hubby's grandson likes camoflauge(?) fabrics, and they might work well with this one.

Your quilt is very beautiful. I love love love love it. Are those 2-1/2" strips or are they thinner? This us s greater masculine or feminin pattern too. I really like that about it.
