I made this quilt for someone very special here on the QB, and couldn't post WIP photos because it was to be a surprise. Now the quilt is in it's new home so here are some photos.
I had so much fun and was so happy to be making this quilt. It brought me great joy!

I really appreciate all the kind words but y'all are giving me way too much credit here. LOL. I am just a regular person who met another regular person who inspired me with the thoughts and actions she shared with me. We are not really different than most of you here on the board have shown yourselves to be. Always ready to reach out with help, support, encouragement and ready and willing to give when it is needed. Finding ways to reach out and help others in your own times of trial, trouble and pain. It just happened that my spark was lit that nite, and the quilt resulted. It could as well have been any one of you. Or she, as she is a giver also.
Making this quilt was such a joy and pleasure for me, I'm not sure that she shouldn't be the one getting the kudo's for letting me have so much fun!! LOL

There is no way I can adequately thank Wildyard for this very special gift. I showed the quilt to DH as soon as he got home, and he was as impressed and moved as I was by the care and thought that had so obviously gone into it.

This board has some truly special people and I am so grateful to be part of it.
