Spring In to Christmas.....Quilted by Charisma
6 Attachment(s)
So Last summer..I posted one of these quilts that I had quilted for AKBelles.
http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...a-t135859.html I loved the quilt so much I bought the pattern...Don't even ask me my progress on it....(one block) LOL. Her friend Judi Liked the way I quilted hers..so she sent me her version....and I quilted it this weekend. That always inspires me to want to get out my UFO and start working. ( not yet though)..LOL So here is Judi's "Spring into Christmas quilt" I used two layers of Hobbs polydown batting. I used plain white thread. If you would like to order the pattern it is listed here: http://www.createforless.com/Happy+S...pid191662.aspx The really cute thing about it is that the edges of the trees are folded cathedral window style giving it some dimension. I forget when I post pictures they post on QB the same way there were taken regardless of how I rotate them in my picture folder. Sorry. Thanks so much! Charisma |

This is a very pretty quilt. Of course your quilting just makes it that much better.
|
A very pretty quilt and your quilting is goregous. I'm fairly new to this art. Why did you use two layers of batting?
