Spring seems so far away that I thought a pretty quilt would help. Pieces on the design wall as I plan a fun background.

It is a McKenna Ryan pattern which I enlarged 300% so I can satin stitch all of the pieces down. I think I will be adding other bits and pieces from her other flower patterns just to make it special!! What fun.

I'm sure this will be beautiful when you finish. This is sure an ambitious project. If you enlarged it 300% what size will the project be when finished.
Is this iron on applique and are the pieces attached temporarily to freezer paper or what?

It should be about 78 x 90 inches. The flowers on my design wall are fused together and ready to be stuck to the background. Then I satin stitch them down.
