I would love to see the fabric before it is cut. I bought this book, but am uncertain what kind of pattern to buy to make one.

I didn't mean to say pattern, I meant to say fabric pattern.

Here's a link to two quilts that I have made from this same fabric ... both let you see bigger pieces of the uncut fabric ....

They are wonderful quilts. Thanks for sharing and adding to my post. I love butterflies and have more fabric to use up.

I love your fabric. It spins so nicely!

Just finished a class on making this quilt. Because my material had a 16" repeat, the instructor suggested I use a bit more material to make sure I had enough choices when I went to cut the triangles. I wound up with enough spinning centers for two quilts.

So, I chose to set one with contrasting star points, and the other with the points matching the background (like one of her Hoffman Challenge quilt photos).

You can see the difference.... very nice..

You have great quilts. I plan on doing a few more after this one. They are so great with little effort, once you see the way.

Thanks for the compliments ... much appreciated!

What about doing OBW, but this time with smaller triangles. I think you'd see a totally different look, and really like the kaleidoscopes that would come.

Or perhaps use one of my ideas!

Beautiful Quilt!!!!! Would it be possible to post the maker and the name of the fabric you used? I apologize if this question has already been answered and I missed it. Thank You!

I checked and there is not a name on the salvage edge but the Company is "Timeless Treasuers Fabrics, Inc. Pattern # is RAIN-C3518. Hope you can find it. It is really pretty and is great to work with.
