Yikes! You completed this in only 3 months? Absolutely beautiful. I'm very impressed that you finished it - I completed a 12" section and thought I'd tear my hair out. I bow to you ;o)

lol, thank you, my fingers are healed from all of the pin holes in them, and am almost ready to start something with a lot of less pinning.

Wow. Absolutely beautiful!

How many squares? that's incredible and the quilting is beautiful

redstilettos 06-20-2018 08:40 AM

That is beautiful! And it isn't cheating, it's called FINISHING. And you did spectacular.

Thank you for posting the tute, too!

WOW!!! that sure is gorgeous, thank you for sharing

Quiltlady330 06-20-2018 10:01 AM

Incredible undertaking. You did a great job!

Tothill 06-20-2018 10:58 AM

No cheating at all. Strip Piecing is just another way. Thank you for the link to the tutorial and showing us your beautiful quilt.

I could see with the tutorial that after making each 17x17 section I could use sashing to break up the 'stamps'.

You did a wonderful job on the borders and quilting.

All I can say is, WOW!!

Love it!!!

OMG, I love it. I have about 12x18 inches worth of stamps put together, but now that I have seen the shortcut link I think I may just start all over because doing them one at a time is nerve racking and makes me want to drink, and I don't like to drink that much to often. :p
