Stargello--10 point star for christmas table
4 Attachment(s)
This is a Cheryl Phillips pattern that I had purchased on a trip last fall, intending to make a Christmas table topper. Well, it may make it for this year. I have to quilt and bind yet, but this is how it turned out. I can see that there are problems in lack of contrast with the last row on the lighter block with the background. Other than that, I am pleased with how this turned out and will fit my table top pretty well. Also think this would make a beautiful center panel for a quilt. Hope you enjoy looking at my latest "in-between" projects. I am waiting to start the next full-size quilt project and am hoping to finish up some UFOs or start some new ones1

Please disregard the pink block. I inadvertently included this and thought I had it deleted and tried to edit it, but that didn't work either. So just pretend it isn't there, please!

Wow, I really like that pattern. And I can't just disregard that last block - it's fabulous!
I really like both of them!! TFS!
Beautiful!!!

Both a a creative piece, and we can't just not look at the pink one...it's an eye catcher.
The pink block is shown and belongs in the post about the squedge that I had posted just previous to this one.
Your Christmas star is awesome! I love Cheryl Phillips patterns!
gorgeous!!!!!
That's a beautiful pattern. I especially love the star fabric in the centre block. That will be a beautiful Christmas table topper.
I love your Christmas table topper! Is it hard to piece? By the way the pink is pretty, too.
Both are fabulous!!!!
Wow that is fantastic. Love it.
Fabulous star, and great pink block too!
Loving both of these and they just landed on my to-do list! Thanks :)
Beautiful, my friend sent me the address for your pink blocks. They were so awesome too.
fantastic blocks, love the look of this one!
Wow!!! Those are both stunning!!! I have to add this to my list for the future!!!
Very pretty and looks difficult.
Stunning table topper
That is beautiful. Don't apologize for not getting the block deleted, I cannot even figure out how to post a picture. Haven't posted anything since this new format took over a couple of years ago or so. I finished my Dear Jane and would have love to have posted a photo but could not do it and now it is even more confusing because my husband bought me a new computer for my birthday and it has windows eight on it so I have just given up. Read the deal on settings about posting a picture and still could not do it. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

Sew pretty!!!

Beautiful and will be so nice for Christmas. Even though the pink block isn't supposed to be there - it's also quite striking.

Beautiful blocks. I love Cheryl Phillips patterns. Several of them are on my bucket list. I am really wanting to do the free BOM she has using the stripped fabric. I have the fabric and the tool, now I just need the time.
Nice star topper
Both are great.
